The breakfasts were wonderful and the in room jacuzzi was lovely. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, several breakfast times, very relaxing. Not too far to walk to every location we wanted.

Very cosy and all the rooms looked different, personal and very nice. I felt like coming home instead of to a non personal hotel. It was a bit old, but very very clean. Very friendly staff and a nice garden outside. I really recommend this b&B.
Our room was a bit bright in the morning since not all windows were possible to cover. This was only our room, the other rooms were possible to make dark.

Comfortable, quaint and private. An elegant historic home featuring pleasant staff who provided a warm welcome and excellent breakfast.
Very minor point. We wern't there to watch TV and didn't miss it however the one provided could be updated and in room coffee service would be a nice addition.

For a very old home in an old neighbourhood, it was delightful. Dodi and David were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and promptly served. Great location for walking to Niagara Falls.

The breakfast was served well, was filling and tasted good. The parking was convenient. The garden was interesting. The room and bath were spacious and the bath fixtures were relatively new and in good shape. The owners seemed to attempt to be responsive to our needs and a couple of little problems.
No one was there to greet us. The code to enter was illegible. They have a rule that requires guests to remove their shoes while in the house. There is no wi-fi! The lighting in the bedroom is woefully inadequate. We found an empty cookie box on the floor. The lighting around the bathroom sink is non-existent, the mattress is lumpy, worn out and uncomfortable, the ac unit blows directly on the bed, there are not enough outlets for phone chargers, cameras and computers, there is an old alarm clock but no radio, the tv is a tiny old crt style and functions poorly, and we just were overall not ever comfortable. I would never stay there again and encourage others to avoid this place.
